PLEASE COMPLETE THE ENTIRE ONLINE REGISTRATION. REGISTRATION CLOSES NOVEMBER 11TH.
WHEN PROMPTED TO PROCESS PAYMENT, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO USE A CREDIT CARD, CASH OR CHECK.
YOU MUST PROCESS PAYMENT AND IF YOU SELECT CASH OR CHECK, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE AND CAN FORWARD PAYMENT TO OUR OFFICE.
It’s that time of year again…time to prepare for our annual Lighted Night Parade. This year, we will allow floats the opportunity to perform downtown in front of the announcers stage. That will be the ONLY spot floats will be allowed to stop and perform during the parade.
If your organization wishes to perform, please indicate this on your parade application. Our staff will reach out to you to discuss the details. Performances will only be allowed up to 30 seconds to perform in an effort to keep the parade moving. NO EXCEPTIONS. Groups/Floats are not allowed to stop along the parade route to perform. Performances will only be allowed in front of the announcers stage. All performances must be "parade appropriate" and pre approved by the Chamber staff. The Chamber staff will determine the appropriateness of the performance.
Best Float prizes will be awarded for the following categories:
- Youth Clubs/Organizations
- Adult Clubs/Organizations
- Novelty
- Marching Bands
- Business/Commercial
- Fairs/Festivals/Chambers
- Best Performance
- Best Lighting
- Best Overall/Most Creative
Parade line up will begin at 6:00 pm. Judging will take place during the parade as the floats move past the main stage in downtown at the corner of Ave M and 16th Street. Parade will begin to move at 6:30 to ensure the floats are visible to the crowd promptly at 7:00 pm. If you are not lined up and ready to go by 6:30 pm, the parade will begin without you and you will not be announced downtown nor considered for an award.

This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the Hondo Area Chamber of Commerce member portal?
Please note that the Hondo Area Chamber of Commerce member portal is to be used by members of Hondo Area Chamber of Commerce only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by Hondo Area Chamber of Commerce staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
