Cinco De Mayo Shop Hop 2021

To make sure everyone who wants to participate is accounted for and to make sure plans are executed both smoothly and safely there are a few new procedures we would appreciate you go through.
Firstly, this application process is simply a means to make sure we have record of every Shop that wants to participate and any information that could be used for online promotion and information packets. That information includes:
Shop/Boutique Name: Please make sure you submit the Shop name as you would like it to appear on all promotional material.
Shop/Boutique Location: The location you provide should be the address of your business/storefront. Where you or your employees will be the night of the event. If for any reason you need to make other arrangements type N/A and reach out via phone or email.
Logo: If you have an image of your Shop/Boutique logo, we would love to have it. This is not required but would be beneficial to the online promoting we will be doing for each event.
Web/Social Media: If you have an Instagram / Facebook / Website, we could use that info as well. Again, this is not required but would be beneficial to the online promoting.
Prize: Prizes are great ways for us to get the community involved. Let us know if you would like to submit a prize to be put into the winner(s) Shop Hop Gift Basket(s)
Please continue with the application proccess by clicking "Register Now" if you would like to participate in the Sweetheart Shop Hop. Once your application is reviewed, you will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance. If you at any time feel changes need to be made, please reach out to the Chamber of Commerce as soon as possible as promotional material gets harder to change the closer we get to the event.

Unless otherwise specified, there are no refunds once payment is processed. This includes membership, vendor fees, event registration fees, ticket sales and all other fees.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
